We start the creative process with a face-to-face meeting. Our team of architects sits down with you to get to know you, understand your tastes and your family’s specific needs. This informal meeting lays the groundwork for a truly personalized design.

Creative design phase

Our architects immerse themselves in a 4-week creative process, developing a design that harmonizes perfectly with your vision and chosen terrain. Every detail is carefully considered to reflect your lifestyle.

Budget and technical planning

Once the design is approved, we prepare a detailed quotation. We meet with you and our technical experts to refine construction aspects, heating systems and energy solutions, ensuring that every decision is aligned with your needs and budget.

Obtaining permits

We take care of submitting and managing the building permit to the City Hall, a process that typically takes 2 months. Our experience ensures a smooth and seamless process.

Construction and follow-up

During the 12 months of construction, we assign you a dedicated construction manager. This professional will be your direct point of contact, keeping you informed with regular updates, photos and site visits, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction until the final delivery of your home.
